Want to loose weight? Of course you do! Loosing weight not only helps you look good, loosing weight helps
you feel good too and it's so important for you to feel good because how you feel, emotionally and physically effects
every area of your life and everyone around you. But loosing weight has been difficult for many of us and there are so many
fad diets out there that help you loose weight but leave you feeling deprived. Some diet plans even tell you that you can
eat whatever you want just stay away from carbs or just stay away from fat. neither extreem is healthy and eventually your
body will pay in the long run. So you give up totally. I'm a wittness for you today to tell you that you don't have to

Hi, my name is Teresa Scott. I started out on a program that had different levels. LEVEL ONE was to eliminate
all carbs from your diet and sugar so that you won't produce an insulin response in your body so that any fatty foods
you eat can't be stored as fat, as insulin is a fat storing hormone. Then you could eat all the fatty pieces of steak
and chicken with the skin, pork chops and bacon, and fried eggs you wanted without gaining weight. I tried it and it worked!
My body even began to turn on itself and started using stored fat as energy because I wasn't giving it high glycemic foods
such as potatoes and white bread to use as energy sources. As you begin to see significant weight loss, you then advance to
LEVEL TWO where you will still loose weight while adding back small amounts of carbs. Then I STARTED doing my own research
about good and bad carbs, and good and bad fats. That's when I had my ahh moment. "I'll just eat good carbs and good
fats." It worked! I BEGAN eating low fat meals made with chicken, fish and turkey. In addition I included
whole grains and fresh green leafy vegetables and fruit in the morning.. I even ate occassional treats. I lost close
to 100 pounds in a short period of time compared to almost a lifetime of unhealthy bingfull eating patterns. I never felt
